LIHEAP Income Guidelines

Homeowners or renters who meet the following income guidelines may apply for assistance through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program:

For each additional person, add $5,100

In addition to meeting the above guidelines, an application must be completed every year.  To complete an application, the applicant must provide the following:

  • proof of income
  • a recent heating bill
  • names, birth dates and social security numbers of all people in the household
